Payment
Credit and Debit cards are securely processed via PayPal in US Dollars. Your billing address must match the address on your check, credit/ debit card.

Returns and Claims
Buyers must open and inspect your book(s) immediately upon receipt. If we do not hear back immediately upon receipt of your purchase, we will assume that no issues were discovered. If a problem is discovered, we will work with you quickly to resolve it.

Claims must be reported to info@FrankReillyBooks.com upon of delivery and the damaged book(s) must be returned as instructed including a Return Authorization Number.

Returns may be permitted within 3 days of delivery on unopened/unread book(s) with return authorization number.

Damaged book(s) will be replaced with a new book at no expense to you with proof of damage within 3 days of receipt.

Refunds less shipping are only issued on unopened/unread book(s) if returned within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds will not be issued if return is sent to the wrong location.

There will be no returns/refunds issued after 3 days from receipt of book.

Refund will be issued in the payment method used for purchase.

Right of return applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.

Please send returns with a tracking number to assure that they successfully arrive back to us.

Customers will be responsible for return shipment and will be charged a $5.00 Handling Fee to be deducted from the refund total.

NOTE: This is a paperback book printed in small custom batches on 80# gloss paper. Due to digital printing methods, color may vary. With extended use pages may become loose.
